SAYREVILLE — A 30-year-old borough councilwoman was shot and killed Wednesday evening close to her dwelling, authorities stated.
Eunice Dwumfour was discovered lifeless in her automobile with a number of gunshot wounds by Sayreville police, authorities stated.
