Norfolk, Nebraska — Authorities in northeastern Nebraska arrested a lady Saturday on a number of expenses after an altercation.
The Norfolk Police Division mentioned they had been referred to as to a house round 5:20 p.m. Saturday after an grownup Madison County Lawyer’s Workplace employees member was concerned in a disturbance with an underage feminine.
The NPD mentioned the teenager reported an altercation with Joanie M. Brugger.
It’s understood {the teenager} threw a glass of water at Brugger throughout the altercation.
After the incident, Brugger grabbed the teenager and knocked her out of the chair, police mentioned.
The teenager suffered damaged nails and abrasions to the bottom of his neck, NPD mentioned.
Brugger was additionally interviewed and NPD reviewed video of the incident, in accordance with Norfolk Police Chief Michael Ball.
Brueger was arrested on expenses of third-degree assault, baby abuse and tampering with proof, Bauer mentioned.
Brugger was being held on the Norfolk Metropolis Jail and later transferred to the Madison County Jail.
